I currently have two people messaging me about sites I have for sale. So this will be a generic message. I went to CAP two years ago and met a lot of people on the forum. I built a network of sites in January 2006, so the sites are almost a year old. The sites have a TON of potential, but I just go offered a job at the Senior level in Tampa.I am getting out of the webmaster business due to the new job change and I am about to graduate college in less than two terms with a degree in Computer Forensics/Network Security and I am going to buy my first condo YAY… The sites really are a value due to the amount of time I put into getting one way and reciprocal links to them.

The other site I have is http://www.analyze-online-casinos.net which has a PR 4 index page and plenty of PR passed to the other pages. I never really finished this site, but Google gives it PR even to the link directory pages.

Now this is the best site. If you go to http://www.truecasinosonline.com/index2.html you will see what the site used to look like. Yet, I added a feature that is worth is weight in gold. I will NOT sell this site cheap. I just redid the site less than a month ago. And put a content management system for the backend. What this site does is it takes RSS feeds and creates content pages from it. Other webmasters do not mind before it just takes two to four sentences and then give a link to the article. So it is within legal bounds anyway and it not violating any copyright laws. The site uses the RSS and creates a page with the title of the page from the content. Google will LOVE this site, fresh content everyday. If you setup a cron job the site will be fully automated and could grow to 10,000 pages in less than 6 months. All you have to do is log into the backend and add RSS feeds as you find them.

Anyways, the sites being sold are not pieces of art but are unique in some way. The first two sites have a ton of back links and the third site is a sleeping giant. I have owned the sites for almost a year and I am the first owner. I built all of the sites and did all of the work for the backend. Until last month I didn’t put much effort into the sites and now they are starting to blossom. The sites have grossed less than $2,500 and most of that was from people buying PR links. All of those have expired except the link on the front page of analyze-online-casinos.net to intercasino.com … Also there is two articles on trueonlinepokergambling.com and on analyze-online-casinos.net that were written by Girvan Lambert.. These articles must keep the links inside of the articles if you keep the articles up. If you want you can take them down or keep them up just don’t take off the links. I am putting the sites on http://www.tdam.com and I am awaiting approval.. I am open to offers. I would like to get $1,200 for the poker site, 2,000 for analyze and truecasinosonline.com would have to get a decent amount for it due to the fact that the site can build on it’s own. I will be taking offers for the sites at TDAM. Also the person who wanted a poker forum. I could install a forum on the site cheap after it sells. Just contact me if this is what you want I will put a forum on the site once you move it over to your new host so I don’t have to move a SQL database.

Truecasinosonline.com must have a SQL database and requires PHP 4.0 or higher to run. I will help in the transition of the sites and will host them for a few weeks if you need me to until you get hosting. I will also connect to your computer through remote desktop and show you how to use the Content Management System on the site and how to add new features. Also after the site is sold I would help support the site for any basic questions you might have. If you run into a problem, I will be here to help.
