I like the solution to offer an offshore partnership – move amercian sites, and still be able to maintain them via a trusted partner.
Simmo! is setting up something along these lines – “Maintained Parking”, which he’s described here:
http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/before-you-sell-please-read.15083.html?Oh, I didn’t mean to offend anybody when I said the Vultures were circling. It’s just what popped into my head at the moment…

http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/before-you-sell-please-read.15083.html?Thanks Fergie. It’s just a solution that might fit affiliates who may want their sites back at some point in the future but don’t want to run any legal risk in the meantime. Might suit some people that’s all and like the Professor says elsewhere, I’d urge people not to rush into any decision yet, but it’s there as an option to keep in mind rather than sell sites at a fraction of their worth and regret it later.
Cheers
Simmo!

However, I personally think that people should act now, in any way they prefer sell, go offshore, change hosting have a new partner outside of the US.. anything.. but I think they should do it now!! I disagree with the approach of “wait and see” as if Bush will sign the Bill (God Forbidden) they will lose much more, the prices will go very low, so if anyone consider selling I think do it now or don’t do it at all.Few people from the industry contacted me and ask if any of my affiliates sells his site they will be interested, so if you are taking this direction get few offers and make the best deal you can, if you want you can PM and I’ll do my best to give you a good deal, if both parties are interested of course. I am willing to consider buying a site myself or going to partnership with a site owner as well.
and whatever you’ll decide, I only wish you good luck! and I pray this situation will be behind us very soon.

October 11, 2006 at 10:53 pm #711299AnonymousInactiveI’ve got one of my sites that I’m ready to part with:
Site is http://www.buildmybankroll.com and it’s a PR3. Simply put, it’s there to collect email addresses and get players to sign up at Crazy Vegas Poker and other programs once they’re on the email list. The auto-responder currently sends a message each week for an 8 week period. Beyond that they get monthly newsletters from me. The site has produced the following in September:
1. 88 players at Crazy Vegas.
2. 280 subscribed and opt-in email subscribers. 356 total subscribers for the month of Sept (some opt-in at a later date).
3. 1,246 total subscribers since I started the list in April.
4. Approx 1,000 uniques each month via Google and other SERP’s. All natural traffic, no paid stuff.
5. I offer The Micon System, other ClickBank stuff and other poker rooms once they’re on the email list at this site. Poker revenue is from Crazy Poker, Titan Poker, Paradise Poker, and Pacific Poker. These are all driven via the email subscription (you get one each week).
Monthly income derived from this site averages 611.00 a month. Will provide proof of this to INTERESTED PARTIES ONLY. Also think about the value of 250-300 OPT-IN email subscribers every month, without you lifting a finger. This list will continue to build itself and become much more valuable over time. I hate selling this one but sometimese you have to hedge your bets and I need the cash to move on to this next opportunity.
You can see the visitors stats http://www.buildmybankroll.com/images/stats.JPG
You can see the email signup stats HERE http://www.buildmybankroll.com/images/summary (You’ll also see at the bottom the 48% open rate I had on the last email blast to the list, this is a TARGETED LIST! Open rates like are almost unheard of!)
You can see this months email stats HERE http://www.buildmybankroll.com/images/email-signups
You can see the 88 player sign up proof HERE http://www.buildmybankroll.com/images/crazy-vegas
Purchase will include xfer of the email list via an excel spreadsheet and all ownership of the domain, images, content, etc. I HIGHLY suggest sticking with Aweber for the list management as this is a rock solid service at a decent price. I also have an exclusive deal with Titan (see the bottom banner on the homepage), I’ll make sure you get the same offer and custom banner from them.
To address a few questions sent to me via PM:
1. The free bankroll offer is just that, you get $10.00 for free from Crazy Vegas when you register. You get $5 and $5 more if you register with a credit card.
2. The next email you receive from BMB is how to get the free $500.00 bankroll. It’s not a scam, they need to build their initial free bankroll up to $50.00 to withdraw from Crazy Poker. Then they deposit at Pacific Poker (who pays a $150.00 CPA to you). They must make the minimum deposit which is $20.00 and turn that into $250.00. If they are successful, I then pay them the extra $250.00. This is simply risk mitigation at it’s best. The vast majority of players are terrible and can’t come close to doing this. In fact, I’ve had ONE player in four months claim the prize. You’re welcome to change this of course once you buy the site.
3. The question was asked, will I leave the links up to BMB from my blog site (which shows up on the google report). The answer is yes, I still want this site to succeed and will not remove any links from my Mike Matusow Blog. Please PM me with any additional questions and/or offers.
