Are you aware that the web is spammed with thousands of sites like this one ?

I have been knocked out of all my good positions on MSN with these identical sites. Google reports 35,000 sites linking to me – upon examination most of them are these Golden Palace scraper sites.
Apparently they are all over Yahoo too.
Are you actually endorsing this or can you reel this affiliate in?
You are seriously pissing all your other affiliates off!

To answer your question below, we absolutely condom this type of behavior.
The affiliate in question has been warned and if it continues will be blocked out of our program.
Have you noticed similar behavior from affiliates in other affiliate programs?

Yes, Casino on Net has a very similair problem and they have dealt with the affiliate.
But their problem is not anywhere near the scope of yours. You are costing me a lot of money – real money I am losing because over night this affiliate inserts itself in 7 positions above me in the engines. This is real money I and other affiliates are losing, and if you added it all up it would be staggering.
Given the profitability of this I understand your hesitancy to move – but be aware that this money comes to you with a BIG price!
In effect, you are stealing it from our pockets.

just to clarify it’s not about the money at this point it’s about making sure we make all of our affiliate happy and give them all a fair chance to make money
Building 1000s of scraper sites is not fair competition!
It is not only unfair competition, it cements the bad attitude search engines have towards casino ads!!!!
It is really bad for the industry because it pretty much ruins search results all over. They are even penetrating state run lotteries and such. Do you really think this is good business?
State lotteries are one reason why the US has not been able to pass a real anti online gambling law. Do we really want to piss the lotteries off? They are quite powerful, and in Europe they have been instrumental in banning online gambling. Some industry folks here are actively working with them – do you even contribute to these efforts? Or just ruining their SE listings?
Sometimes today’s penny in the pocket is tomorrow’s poverty. We need to look ahead, and we need to behave like responsible business people, and not upset those whom we need as allies! And we all need search engines and lotteries and you need affiliates.
If all of us went and built 1000s of scraper sites, what do you think it would do to our industry?
You got it, search engines would completely ban our listings.

I go to that link and actually see the Golden Palace website layout, with a bunch of links and worthless filler text at the bottom.
Golden Palace is still there, and on literally thousands of other sites like it.
I remember it was another link now. I thought it was the same one mentioned in another post that had like the duplicate title tags and what not.
