O.K, I found this today. Did they scrape my index page(it is a frameset)? Will this hurt me in the search engines?

you you explain why this person is doing this ( copys other peoples sites ) but then doesnt change any of the affiliate id’s . . . . . . . so he wont be making any money from doing this.
Or is it that he copies other peoples sites so the original site owner gets hit by search engines for duplicate content ?
or am i way off or what is the perpose of it?

The guy scrapes other peoples pages so he has content and adds his own pokerroom banners to the page, then he makes money of the hits from those banners on his page.With my page, I figure he scraped my index page and his banners where added, but because my index page opens up my frameset, his banner gets put in the nofram section of the page, so my pages apear instead.
But I don’t understand for sure….

Here is a propper channels to get rid of this scraper site. This applies to yahoo please read carefully and uderstand it. Submitt the claim form and within 24 hours the site will be shut down.
