Before I get more upset, I would like to reach out to fellow members and get their thoughts on the matter.
I have a program and I change my links monthly as I do PPC and it is needed for tracking. Within this program I have a tracking link which has been inactive for over 12 months. As I do PPC if the advertizement isn’t running I should have little to no clicks after the link is pulled. This link still gets about 10K in deposits per month from old players. After doing a review on why my NGR seems so flat, I discovered that this link has consistent and daily negative NGR.
I find it hard to believe that all our players on this one tracker could be Winning this consistently. So I would love everyone’s thoughts on this.
BTW I forgot to note the stats on this link for September (keeping in mind we have not sent traffic to this link in over 12 months):
12 visits
4 downloads
0 sign ups
1 new player
10,792.50 in deposits
0 New deposits (but we have 1 new player?)
no withdrawals, chargebacks, or returns
-85,283.88 NGRAnd we did not promote any no deposit offers on this link ever.
September 27, 2012 at 9:36 pm #828341AnonymousInactiveI’m going to have to go with fraud or a serious backend problem.
The 12 visits and 4 downloads could be bots. The new player without a deposit makes no sense unless it was done manually.
After chatting with Brooke on skype about this I checked my stats with the same casino and they look almost as bad minus a couple of 0’s
October 8, 2012 at 3:53 pm #828643bosshoggsMemberJust wanted to bump up this thread. Anyone else have further insights that can help Brooke out?
Brooke… were you able to pull any further developments on what in the world could be going on?
October 8, 2012 at 5:38 pm #828658AnonymousInactivesounds like a US facing casino group to me…we’ll leave them unnamed for now.
anyway – Brooke – ask them for the player ID’s of each individual winner and a report of the activity per player. if they can’t provide this, then you are getting screwed. if they can, then your job is to validate the figures.
good luck.
October 9, 2012 at 7:37 am #828676archerpMemberHi,
Since i saw that more people were involved here , I’ve decided to reply publicly as well.
And the answer is: Neither
The explanation is very simple:
1. As you can see and as we discussed – there are no stats in “first deposit” column in our Rival brand. The reason for that is that it somehow created a mess while integrating it with our other software providers. (I’ll take a look if we can still solve it, but that’s not related to this topic).2. There is a number of old players that are playing on this tracker. Some high rollers. One of them deposited 4k last month, and won 80+k.
And now, few days after- he lost it all back.
Player won, player lost- if you ignore the daily stats and take a look at the last 3 weeks as one whole- you will see that nothing special happened (besides generating some additional earnings for you due to no negative carryover)
Best regards,
DanielOctober 10, 2012 at 3:09 pm #828735buohcomMemberI love that I was not going to name this group but they were nice enough to respond.
Warren I have requested my player reports and they have yet to be provided.
Daniel I am fine with the first deposit issue, however please provide me my reports so I can review the data.
October 16, 2012 at 1:53 pm #828915archerpMemberHi,

DanielOctober 16, 2012 at 2:03 pm #828916buohcomMemberIf you must make this a public matter fine, but the report you send was not a player ID report.
October 16, 2012 at 2:14 pm #828917archerpMemberNo i don’t, but due to the title I’m forced to reply here.
October 23, 2012 at 3:13 pm #829197buohcomMemberI just wanted to update all an let you know that I have requested GPWA do an audit here, both Affactive and myself are in full cooperation to provide data and receive an unbiased opinion.

October 24, 2012 at 11:04 am #829223sambu4cseMemberHi Brooke,
If you look for a manual report from the operator broken down by customer, it will confirm the legitimacy of your NGR stats.

October 24, 2012 at 11:07 am #829224archerpMemberYes, that is correct. That is what was requested and sent to the 3rd party
November 15, 2012 at 2:44 pm #829783TradMemberSeems quite suspect if you ask me, unless you are getting traffic from a dodgy terrirtory
