SB Affiliates will no longer update affiliates?

SUMMARY: SB Affiliates take out a term which says they must notify their affiliates of terms changes. Hopefully they only wanted to remove the email address.
Terms Update Notification
8.1 Notices. All notices pertaining to this Agreement will be given by email as follows: to us at [email protected] and, to you at address provided on the Affiliate Sign up Form.
SUMMARY: Very strange that they remove this term. We hope it was simply an oversight.
