First things first, I apologize for occupying space here in the forums with this matter. I simply don’t know what else to do to get Satya (my account representative) to respond to my emails, as they’ve all been ignored.
When I inquired with iGM on April 14th about the status of my March payments for StarLuck and PlanetLuck I was originally told that I’d be paid in 24-48 hours, they were very sorry about the delay, etc. That email, though, was followed shortly by another email that said, oops, their mistake, my account was actually on hold and that I had to contact Satya, my account rep.
The only contact information I had for Satya was an email address, and I sent an email that same day on April 14, asking why my account would be on hold, as no one had informed me of this, my iGM account doesn’t show a hold of any sort, etc. No response.
Sent another email on April 18. No response. Still no response.
On the off chance that a post here is more inclined to get a response, I thought I’d give this a shot. Again, my apologies for taking up space with a personal matter.
