YvetteI’m actually awaiting a payout. It has been over 7 business days since I requested a payout of $82 to UseMyWallet and still nothing. Most casinos that use this service payout immediately.

I received a response from Jonathan today and he said he will be responding shortly. He is located in India so there is a bit of a time delay.
So you should be all taken care of very soon.

YvetteYou know another thing I don’t understand is why SOME TG can pay by QT while others will only pay by WT and then only with a minimum ranging from $500 to $700. I think they all should have QT and lower the minimums to maybe a $100.
It was just brought to our attention that yet another Top Game Video Slot is missing a symbol. The missing symbol is the pistols on reel 2 of the game Fandango. I personally couldn’t tell if the symbol was missing when I played the game but the person who originally spotted the trouble with Diablo 13 has a slower computer and can spot missing symbols easy.
It has been brought to Jonathan’s attention and he informed the player that the game had been pulled to fix the issue. As of July 18th at 8:41am PST the game is still online taking player’s money.
Also I would like to note that after requesting a payout of $82 to QT from Rome Casino and after waiting 11 days no payout has taken place and no one from Rome has contacted me about it which alone is pretty poor customer service. I am chatting live with customer service as I type this and of course they are now saying it’s because I need to send in my ID docs. That’s all fine but it would have been nice to be contacted about what and where to send the docs.

This is exactly the way it started off last time. The games were supposed to be removed and fixed immediately and they weren’t. Just like what is happening now. Also, although it is not a jackpot symbol it is the highest payout symbol in the game.
please guys, we are on it – we have removed the game and will do the fix and have it back by the 22nd – nobody was in any way compromised.

Hi Jonathan,
We didn’t know you were on it, or know anything about this when the first post was posted and we replied.
I think our initial reaction is what should be expected really. I’m glad you guys are on it and it’s being taken care of.

Thanks Daera – We were told by a player and immediately responded – we are in fact currently going through a massive QA recheck of all our games to see if any things fell through the cracks – as always if any player feels or needs special attention related they are welcome to contact me direct and I shall ensure they receive our best attention.
