    Hey Dom, is it kosher if I post a link to the Casinomeister thread relating to this issue?

    I don’t see here where anything has been addressed either as to how ALL (as in each and every one) of the players who played these games will be compensated? Any other solution is simply unacceptable IMO. I don’t know how much money we’re talking, but the required amount per spin to win these jackpots in the first place is astronomical – $45 a spin (9 lines @ $5 per line) for Douguies Delights and $65 a spin (13 lines @ $5 per line) for Diablo 13. If I had that kind of money to be taking $50 spins on a slot, and then found out I never had a chance to even win the jackpot, I’d be furious.

    And this went on for weeks, it was NOT taken care of immediately.

    Also in question is why the jackpot of $192,000 has been removed from the Douguie’s Delights game by Topgame, weeks PRIOR to all of this coming to light, or so they say anyway. It was removed prior to May 26th, yet according to Jonathan’s posts on the Casino Scam forum…the games themselves weren’t removed until this past Tuesday, June 16th. Why was the jackpot removed? He says it will be reinstated, I certainly hope that is the case.

    Anyway Dom, please let me know if I can post the link? I’m sure there must be at least a few people here, maybe even a few affected players, who could benefit from reading the thread over there. Topgame is digging themselves a very deep hole here by ignoring this situation, and Bryan’s questions to them.

    To all concerned

    Please once again accept our sincere apology for this whole issue. We apologize to the players and to our operators, its affiliates and to all members of the forum.
    As a platform software supplier, we never had any intention to mislead or to create a scenario where a player could not win the Jackpot. We know the industry well and as a new provider, understand more than most the importance of credibility and transparency.

    There is currently a lot of confusion related to the games in question as the games were pulled and put back on the same day, except for the jackpot games where the glitch is and that the wilds did not appear in the lines correctly. Please understand that in the rest of the non Jackpot games the wilds in line 1 and 5 are not relevant at all and only reflect in the Jackpot game which is currently being repaired. The game will be returned as soon as possible for players to enjoy. I want to also ensure players that the current payout is at 96.7% reflecting a very decent and above average payout percentage.

    We are also currently in the process being tested by TST and will share the outcome very soon. Certificates will be posted on all operator websites.

    As a final goodwill gesture, Topgame offers all players concerned a return of all deposits and where we believe the players were compromised, a 100% return and some goodwill comps. Our technical team will in the next days proceed with the refunds on a player by player basis.

    Also note that I personally only represent Topgame and not Rome or any other of our current Casinos.

    Please once more accept our true and sincere apology for the software bug, also for the slow response but promise to stand by our operators and players 100%

    I’ve been playing at least 2 times a day to see if the games are fixed and was always able to play. And if I didn’t know any better I would think I had a shot at the jackpot too. So I don’t know what your talking about when you say it won’t let you enter. In fact through this entire ordeal I felt like you didn’t know what was going on. In the beginning of all this you said things like “the games are offline” but they weren’t or “the normal games aren’t for the jackpot” which it’s clear that no matter if you click on “video slots” or “jackpots” Diablo 13 is the same exact game. It shows the jackpot (169k+) at the top of the screen no matter if your playing “normal” or “jackpot”.

    There is clearly some kind of communication breakdown between Rome and Top Games because most things you’ve told us simply weren’t true.

    On a better note this morning the wilds are back on ALL reels including “normal” play.

    And yes I would like to have my $50 returned to my account. Username is csreport. And we would also like to see all other players that played these games during the glitch have their money returned as well. It would be the right thing to do.

    all players will still see their monies back in their accounts in the next days.

    I actually think that Jonathan has handled this quite well since it became public knowledge. Posts like the one above that basically say ‘we f***ed up, we’re putting it right, we’ll make good to our players’ are exactly what we need more of in this industry.

    Good to see you are doing the right thing Topgame !

    Nobody is perfect and as topgame is a new software provider in this industry some glitches were to be expected but seeing them both repair the errors quickly and ensure player issues are well taken care of, makes me feel more confident about their future.

    I hope it wasn’t just the players that complained that got their deposits back. And that you credited deposits back to all affected players, whether they contacted you or not. As it was mentioned, players could have been affected by this, but not be forum readers and not have noticed they played to win something that could never have been won. Will you be crediting affected players regardless of if they contact you?

    I’m really happy to see this problem corrected, and affected players deposits returned, now that the confusion is behind us..

    Well, for me, I won’t promote any TopGame site becaue I find the software to be poor and lacks any real excitement and to be honest are boring, graphics are poor and video slots are basicly the same game with different skins. My players expect more than that and so do I.

    If Topgame wants to be taken as a serious software provider in todays market they will need to make major changes. I had one fellow who was a affiliate mgr from one of the Top Game sites contact me and we chatted via email. When he addressed me as “DUDE” in all communications that was enough for me to question what kind of operators are buying this software.

    Good Luck Jonathon but you got a long way to go (IMO)
