Oh boy, what a mess.
Robin, if there’s one thing I have learned it’s that if you want people to do something with several steps correctly, you have to be holding their hand through the process for every step. While it all may seem logical to you, people mostly don’t do things if they are not reminded at every step.
There also seems to have been a lack of communication with the whiter paper issuers – they also should have verified that every step was done.
It just needs to be better organized and supervised. It would work better if people had a real schedule – on xxx date, you deposit xx and send me a screen shot. On xxx date you deposit xxx and send me a screenshot. And on the deposit dates, the players need a reminder. The screenshots need to be forwarded to the white paper publisher immediately, and s/he needs to count them and communicate back.
With better overall communication, this should go off without a hitch the next time. :hattip:
I most def don’t envy you on this job Robin I know it has to be hard. I think those peps should all return that money they did not use!
Well it’s been a nightmare day for me, but I now understand what happened.
Basically my report was misread and we have to be sure to learn from this and get the next one right…if you still want me to do the job.

One of the current testers suggested the following and I told them that I would pass it on to you.
Maybe a forum section for only the testers could be good idea, and only we could see it (I’m sure the forum software CAP uses could handle this) and there could go the instructions and when someone doesn’t understand something then you could answer it. It might be easier than keeping record of 16 people, and what they are doing. But it’s just a suggestion, I saw the Prof’s team are working on some automated thingy.

Hope you are well today. I think it’s a great idea as well and hope we can do it.
