Is it true that River Nile Casino and Golden Riviera Poker
accepting registrations from USA again?March 5, 2007 at 10:29 am #729535DivaGMemberHi There,
This is indeed true, the decision was made this morning. We will be accepting players from the US (excluding the banned 11 states) on River Nile Casino, Slots Royale Casino, Miami Paradise Casino and Golden Riviera Poker, but not on Golden Riviera Casino at this stage.
A mail informing all Affiliates will be sent out later today. :clapper:
If there is any more info you require, just give me a shout.
Warmest Wishes

KerrynMarch 7, 2007 at 5:33 am #729915AnonymousInactiveI sent out a mailer today promoting Slots Royale, on the basis that they now accept US players.
I’ve now had a player complaint not impressed that their sign-up was rejected because they live in the US.
“Well I just tried to register as a real player and it said that we don’t accept wagers from this country or state. So we can’t register a new account with that stopping the US Players. tsrg02839379”
The player lives in Georgia, not one of the 11 excluded states.

MarinaMarch 7, 2007 at 3:29 pm #729961DivaGMemberHi There,
I have looked into this players account and can’t seem to find any reason as to why they cannot register, their IP address is showing that they are indeed from Georgia? We have sent the player an email requesting that they try to register again and to contact us if they are still having problems. If this does not work we will have to take this up with our service provider to investigate further.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and extend my apologies to any other Affiliates who have had the same problem.
P.S: Marina, I will get Robert to contact you immediately with regards to your queries.
Warmest Wishes

KerrynMarch 7, 2007 at 7:08 pm #730005AnonymousInactiveSent an e-mail to the player:
“We’ve been looking into this for you. Have the casino been in touch with you?”
Her reply:
“No the casino has not been in touch with me.”
I still see no stats for traffic. No players signed up. And I know from my own stats just how many people saw this ad and clicked on it.
Add to this that players have failed to sign up and had a bad experience and it’s been a disaster.
This was intended to be a test-case to see if I should add GSN casinos to my sites for the first time in a long time.
Let me think about that one.
March 7, 2007 at 8:01 pm #730014AnonymousInactiveI show over 1200 clicks (real) from my site and dismal #’s on GSN
March 7, 2007 at 8:09 pm #730015AnonymousInactiveAs least you can see clicks – I know my mailer was clicked on at least 132 times and that doesn’t include my own test clicks – and my stats show no traffic at all
March 8, 2007 at 1:18 am #730049AnonymousInactiveI mean i recorded my own sites clicks
March 25, 2007 at 12:55 am #731839AnonymousInactiveThis is great news. I do however have one question – sorry if it has already been covered – will the old us players that were originally associated with our accounts be added again so that we can get credit for them?
