Hi guys!
I registered a drop down of depositing players in Rival Gaming casinos in the last two months… what the hell?
What happening to Rival? :toidy:July 6, 2010 at 5:38 pm #811014AnonymousInactiveProcessing issues, lots of them. And underfunded white labels being shut down by Rival.
March 31, 2011 at 7:59 pm #815485biggygMemberBumping old thread ,how many times do you think they can absorb processing losses?
March 31, 2011 at 8:19 pm #815486AnonymousInactiveZero times. We are paying for it, not them.
April 1, 2011 at 3:06 am #815493AnonymousInactive*pulls teeth out at trying to work with Rival*
I know a few operators who would happily give Rival a piece of their mind.
I have a lot of thoughts on Rival, mostly “I suspect this, and I suspect that,” but nothing certain.
Some of their methods, policies, and the way they do business is just unusual. It doesn’t help operators, players, or advertisers.
After a few months and piling plenty of money into Rival you end up just throwing your hands up in the air and wonder WTF is going on.
April 1, 2011 at 3:15 pm #815506AnonymousInactiveI think i need to drop all Rival brands that cant absorb these issues they created. I will rouge the casinos and state they can not finance their operations and payment should always be in question.

With Pentasia being Rival owned, I am wondering how solid they are.
Did anyone have payment issues with Pentasia?
April 1, 2011 at 4:38 pm #815509AnonymousInactiveNever had payment issues with pantasia. Just conversion issues.
April 6, 2011 at 12:30 pm #815554AnonymousInactiveMy Pantasia players are all gone, and for some reson i get no new ones there. Very odd as I see this with a few Rival poperties, and I have a good amount of Rival based traffic.
April 6, 2011 at 6:12 pm #815557AnonymousInactiveI just weeded out my Rivals and only carry a few anymore and they are all in lousy positions now. I don’t want to drop them alltogether yet, but they are now on the last rung of the ladder and won’t get much traffic anymore.
I want to see them improve their conversions first before any of them get decent exposure again. I’m done sending perfectly good traffic to no avail.
April 17, 2011 at 5:56 am #815733biggygMemberIf the news is correct that they are not accepting any more USA players ,I am removing all of them .
April 17, 2011 at 11:58 am #815737AnonymousInactiveWell, it only affects the white labels (I posted a list in the public section) and they are arguing it out with Rival, so it still may change back.
They tried to get too big too fast, with all these white labels. They should have concentrated on making a couple places top notch, and then sold licences to persons with good liquidity.
Not sure if they panicked, or if they are just sick of processing issues.
IMO there is no reason to panic, the boy wonder had it out with the poker places and unless the others were using the same processors it won’t affect them.
This just dropped into the FBI’s lap. How stupid can you get? The guy makes 150,000 a day and needs more so steals millions. The poker places take revenge and turn him in to the FBI. He in turn turns them in. DUH!!!!!
April 17, 2011 at 3:59 pm #815740biggygMemberThe only Rivals that make financial sense for me to keep is Pantasia and Mayan Fortune. We get paid in wires which has min of $2500 payout so currently we are owed Feb and March as Feb was a bit short of $2500. We have never had any issues with them and I rather wait a bit to get a wire than have the funds go into Moneybookers .
