Very sad news indeed. Ted was a pioneers of the industry and one of the most honest and intelligent people around.
RIP ted, we will all miss you.
CWC has issued some casino links that will pay comission to Ted’s family.

I added them to the index of Games and Casino, and I sure hope they will generate some funds for the family.
I was fortunate to spend time with him in Thailand long ago. RIP Ted – condolences to Ted’s family.
