SUMMARY: Simple update to their French Territory Exclusion Clause.
TERMS UPDATE – TERRITORY EXCLUSION
The affiliate will not actively target French residents. This includes the advertising on .fr based domains and using promotional content targeted at potential players from France . The Rewards Affiliates casino partners do not accept players residing in France or any of the French departments and territories.
SUMMARY: RA updates their exclusion clause for French Territories to ensure affiliates do not use French marketing material to promote towards French players.
