September 27, 2012 at 3:27 pm #828336jobykjoseph10MemberHi,
Before a Court, they are no longer under the umbrella “protection” because it is a question of fraud. Laws require, in cases of suspected fraud, to give evidence (proof).

I do not agree that they should give you the email addresses and I am sure a lot of lawyers agree with me. Whether or not they have to supply evidence is irrelevant. They could supply other or just to the court.
September 28, 2012 at 9:23 am #828358jobykjoseph10MemberOur lawyer is the BetClick and Bwin and participated in the law in France. He is a lawyer specializing in online gaming and recognized in Europe. His advice is clear: in cases of suspected fraud, data protection is not an impediment to the Tribunal. Fortune Affiliates is not a state enterprise that has a secret defense! It is not the policy this case, but a dispute between two companies.
Well we’ll see who is right in the coming weeks. If you made this lawyer € 10,000 to resolve this matter, it is not for nothing. This will set a precedent for other affiliates.

This dispute is over because we received evidence that FR accounts were closed (06/10/2010).
Thank you all.
