Hey,
First I have to say that this is my first time I have problems with any program. I have done great business with Unibet, Nordicbet, BetSafe, Betsson and many more european site. They have very good affiliate managers!Back to topic. I started promoting Expekt in February 2011 and to this day I have got them total of 65 players. The problem is that I haven´t got any payments.. At the moment my account shows 2500€ and still waiting.
I have tried to get some information about what’s going and finally got a mail:“Please note that your commission has been put on hold due to standard routine checks.
We hope to have further information for you shortly.Thank you for your understanding“
What? Routine check takes over 4 months and still counting? I have tried to pull more information that what is the problem and if there would be something I can help to get my earned money. They don´t answer my mails anymore..
So I hope there is affiliate manager of Expekt here on CAP to finally solve this problem, or someone to advice me what to do, so I could start to focus on something I am good at (promoting sportbooks) again.

They said that affiliate manager Sue Taylor will get in touch with me and provide me with the final conclusion of investigation…..
It has been now 11 days, and not a single conclusion. This is really driving me nuts.

I understand that you are enquiring about some outstanding payments.As you might be aware an investigation is being carried out on your account. According to our records, your affiliate account contains website http://www.veikkausvihjeet.net/ which appears to be invalid and http://www.vihjeparatiisi.com on which we have been unable to locate EXPEKT brand.
Kindly be informed that Article V of our terms and conditions states:
Responsibilities and Obligations of the Affiliate
5.1 The Affiliate hereby warrants and undertakes:
To use its best efforts to actively and effectively advertise, market and promote expekt.com as widely as possible in order to maximize the benefit to the Parties and that it will abide with the guidelines of the Company as may be forwarded from time to time and/or accessible online.That it will only provide genuine and bona fide customers.
We have been informed following investigation by our Risk and Fraud Team that the customers provided by you from 1st Feb and 28th Feb 2011 are illegitimate. March, April and May 2011 are currently still under investigation.Can you please explain your position with regards to the above. As you are aware, as your situation stands we will have to close your account due to non compliance with our terms and conditions.

This mail didn’t give me any detailed information so I answered right away. Here is my mail:
Hey,Can you please tell me on what basis the are illegitimate? The answer “illegitimate” is not good answer, how I can be sure you are not scamming me? Give me exact details about my players, so I know what they have done wrong. Veikkausvihjeet.net was my old site, I had Expekt

I wont let this go this easy. You don´t even tell me what I have done wrong.. I hope I dont have to use GPWA and CAP to help me, since it feels like you are scamming me big time.
