I am considering a relaunch of my old websites betchips.com and joybet.com. Any good poker / casino programs I should start promoting first. Its been many years since I have been in the business of online gambling but have been doing seo for almost 10 years now in both adult and real estate. Open for suggestions?

I would definetly suggest you, to get your visitor count up before you contact different online casinos. A montly visitor count of 10.000 unique visitors is enough to be taken serious, but less is in my opinion to little.
I myselfe made a relaunch 3 month ago with Gluecksspielschule.de and have som nice affiliate deals with 3 different casinos, but you need a good outreach, before it makes any sense.
Its a lot easyer to get a good deal if you are serious about what you can deliver from the beginning. In this way a 35 % revenue share is not unrealistic.
