I’m not sure, but I don’t think Casinocrush is saying that he’s currently having complaints from players that are having multiple account problems here. I think he’s asking you as a precautionary measure.
People are posting no deposit bonus codes on the forums and the same code that will work at Silver Oaks, will also work at some or all of the casinos he mentioned.
Because the same free chip coupon that works at Silver Oak, will work at the other casinos he mentioned, I think he’s concerned that these casinos aren’t completely unique and individual casinos, but rather are whitelabels or skins of one casino. In which case players COULD end up with multiple accounts not knowing they’re doing so.
March 10, 2009 at 6:28 pm #796849AnonymousInactiveThanks very much Daera – yes – that is exactly what I mean…
Having been ‘in the business’ a number of years – this kind of activity from other casinos / brands / whitelabel type things – has caused problems for players and eventually goes down the pan (or end up firefighting complaints).
If you are wanting to go with the whole ‘honest / legit’ way – then I think that (getting rid of these ‘extra’ brands/skins etc) would be good way to do it from a players point of view. Of course from the affiliate point of view , if these other casinos are ‘truly separate’ and you’ve taken them over – either close them, get affiliate deals on them (otherwise they are of little interest to affiliates having them post on forums in the least).
From what I’ve seen so far I am not prepared to advertise any further – I haven’t seen ANY improvements in the last 3 months that I’ve been promoting this site on the trust that
– it is CAP Certified ( I really don’t know how!)
– you said you were making a go of “making everything right” . .So far, I can’t see any evidence of this so far (perhaps you can advise if there is).
OK, I’m done on this subject today – will just keep subscribed to this topic for updates.
Cheers all,

They wont have multiple account problems because they are not skins, they are single casinos it self.

Thanks for your time in responding ..
OK, so can you please explain why so many people are posting that the same codes can be used at all?
Is Silver Oak being used to have affiliates drive players to the casinos and then you email them introductions to all those you don’t have an affiliate program with.. ??? These are part of the same company right? (Are you REALLY trying to go things the right way with affiliates or not?)
Now there’s all the other things that have been posted about to be dealt with (that is, if you want advertising space on my sites)… I’m not going to repeat them – please read them from the other topics.. which I may have received some ‘promises’ on but no evidence of any progress at all.
I can’t see anything being changed within a month so I’ll leave this topic for a month and see if you’ve made any improvements (I’ll read the email updates to the topic of course and if anything major I’ll pop back).
In the mean time I will be blocking ALL of these domains from ‘free traffic’ posting on my sites – that will include Silver Oak as I suspect that you are cross-marketing to other players that affiliates are sending to these other brands or ab(using) the forums to get more and more and cheap out on the affiliate stats (which as another issue is also to be sorted).

Geno/CCMarch 30, 2009 at 3:00 pm #797819AnonymousInactiveHi Alex / Ace Revenue,
Any progress on what you’re doing about all these other brands you have as well as Silver Oak?
Are you planning to launch an affiliate program OR is the plan (as I’m becoming suspcious now) to use affiliates to get players into Silver Oak, and then cross-market them over to your non-affiliate brands and stitch us up?
I noticed another brand being posted about on my forum today – Captain Jack Casino – part of the same group it seems!
This ‘program’ (if it can be called that) IMO should NOT be CAP certified when it has other properties which I’m sure they are cross-marketing to (with possibly the intention or at least possibility) of transferring players over to and leaving us out – not in the affiliates interests at all!
And, please when you reply, please answer specifically:-
A) Are you planning on including these other many brands in your affiliate program
(otherwise you will be relying and cashing in on free links from forum members posting on forums – NOT mine as these are already being automatically removed as SPAM). I have left Silver Oak for a little longer but adding that to our spam filters today.
If so, WHEN
C) If NOT then why not? (and what is happening with these other brands)Hope to hear from you soon – before I give up on you completely.

Thank you for inquiry Gene, here is the answer for your questions:
A)We only plan to have SilverOak and Planet7 right now, the other brands are all alone. Just to be clear, we DON’T crossmarket.
…
C)They are owned by several people, we dont deal with those brands. That issue has being fixed and the people trying to redeem coupons from SilverOak and Planet7 in those sites are not able to do it anymore.
March 30, 2009 at 5:37 pm #797834LucretiaMembersilveroak casino is a rogue place and spammed my forum this month with free chips and contests.
some people never learn what to promote and give others a hard time fighting against the rogue joints.
have a look at casinomeister and better your biz, most likely you will not get in trouble with accredited programs.
you reap what you sow.
:wink-wink

Thank you in advance
March 31, 2009 at 2:02 am #797847AnonymousInactiveThanks for your reply Alex,..
Inspiration – I’ve had similar (first-poster members) – which usually means someone paid to spam or a casino rep (no affiliate links – just direct links) try multiple times.
Alex,
There is also the issue with the almost impossible realism of actually earning anything with this program in the way all the no deposit bonuses are taken off the net revenue (even I suspect if the players are fraud/multiple accounts).I think I’ll concentrate on marketing the proven brands that actually show and do earn money (even Gambling Wages brands I believe have improved how their revshare is calculated – well at least I get paid).
Clicks Downloads Signups Unique Sessions Initial Deposits Depositors Deposits Withdrawals Net Win
363 348 109 285 $110.00 3 $460.00 ($255.00) ($12,204.58)The above stats (similar for all previous months) are not EVER going to earn anything realistically so there is little point in promoting a program that calculates revenue share in this way. I recall at least one other affiliate showing similar.
This, I do not believe is anything to do with ‘bonus abuser’ traffic or advertising no deposit bonuses – every other program I promote with ND bonuses does not suffer from this and well, to be fair you don’t always ‘choose’ your visitors!
Anyway, for now I am leaving all these brands as banned from posting at my forums (and have posted the reasons why). Mainly I believe (from others that have gone this way – have ended up disappearing leaving both players and affiliates disappointed).
I really think this program should have a full review by whatever new CAP Certification and the way commission is calculated should surely be one of the criteria for approval (in my opinion).
Cheers,
