Well, I think therein lies the problem. Marc has been on extended medical leave and in the interim, things have gone to hell. Things like this have happened before with them when he has been absent, albeit on a much smaller scale.
You’d think they would have a backup plan for when Marc cannot be there…especially if it has happened before lol
But I had forgot that Marc was on a LOA …. though they really should be able to function in times he is absent
