Anybody ells gone down in income at referback since the refeback website upgrade starting June?
Also since the upgrade of referback website in june
our Commission Per Purchasing Account is over $1000 a player and we have over 20 Purchasing Account when we look at the Analytic summary report: That should be over $20000 in commision by now
But when we look payment summary report we only at: $2900
It was the same problem in June
but april it was fine and accurateI try e-mail them but they say everything looks fine but I have felling something is wrong
Anybody ells have this problem?
Could they not be tracking all old players?Helle
When you say over 20 purchasing accounts, how many are active?
Also, it’s my understanding that when they calculate the average per account, they take your earnings for the month and divide by the amount of NEW players you have brought to the casinos. So am I right in guessing that you have bought in only 2 or 3 new accounts this month?
For instance, this month i’ve had 10 new accounts sign up, and 15 are active from previous months. I’ve made $2800+ but the analytic summary says that I generate about $280 per real account. Really, it should be $112 per real account.

The over 20 purchasing accounts they are all active
and we have 0 new accounts this month
So I think somthing is wrong
??0 new accounts this month lowers your percentage on ALL income to 20% from 25%.

Is it they purchased over 1k or is it commissions over 1k per player. If it is just purchased then you may have had winners and loosers.
It is Commission Per Purchasing Account: $1050
So is it commissions over 1k per player
I am acctually making bigger money this month.
I still wouldn’t put them on my home page though.
