In my case BB1 I check stats twice daily. I go in and see X number of new depositing players, I check back later and the number is magically reduced.
For instance on Saturday I readNumber of new Real accounts Purchasing: 7
On Sunday I go in and it says
Number of new Real accounts Purchasing:5
I look at:
Number of Closed real accounts:0
Twice I have seen this occur. It also happened at Casino Coins.
There is nothing ambiguous or anecdotal about this. I dont have to imagine scenarios of how they pay me or why stats are way off of past performance.
I see players being removed from my account.
The problem is I wasnt doing screen captures each time I check stats and I cant produce screens to verify this happened.
In the case of Casino Coins I check stats at night and it says I have two new real purchasing players and the next day my number of purchasers does not increment to reflect the new players. When I re-run stats the new purchasers do NOT show up!!!
These are the type of Stats Shenanigans you will catch if you check stats several times a day.
yeah same here…
sometimes i see revenue generated from 4 casinos for example… then next time i log in… and see revenue is generated (be it – or +) from 3 casinos…
this has happened like 5 times at least… and its alwayz the big + one that goes missing…
this could be a chargeback or something… but… it sure is weird.

thanks for that tip. I’ll start checking more often. I usually don’t check but about 3 times a month … soon to be 3 times a day – lol
