Hey guys,
I sent a message regarding this last week to my aff rep. Maybe my question is obvious for most, but I can’t seem to understand why I’ve got these stats last week.Here’s what happened: Up until the 27th of September my overall deposits and Net revenue were exactly the same. on the 28th of September appeared a “bonus” of about $1400 with no deposit associated with it. There also showed a minus -$494 in my top level revenue. (no deposits within the last week prior). The very next day there appeared a withdraw of the same deposit amount.
So, my question is how could there be a “bonus” with no deposits?
I’d really like to understand these stats.

That same player lost a large sum in the previous month and we gave him a nice bonus to retain him as a player. Lets talk about it more – please let me know when a good time to call will be.
