InactiveIt*s the second month that I*ve seen a new real player in my stats who doesn’t seem to wager. How can this happen?

InactiveAlright but this still doesn*t answer the question why this happens and how this is possible?

InactiveHi guys,
First of all, it’s not uncommon that people finish the registration process, thus becoming a “new real player” but then don’t actually play in the casino at that point – rather take a good look around. They are likely to come back to play at a later date. Same way that players often register as a “guest” at first to check out the casino, and only become “real” registrations and begin to play later.
Also….with the slots tournaments, you may have players who register as “real” in order to play the slot tournaments, but stick to the FREE slot tournaments, thus not depositing.
Of course, that’s where our retention team comes into play – targeting those players and turning them into depositing and wagering players.
Hope this helps,

Inactive“after months of being inactive” – In that case there is some hope for my real players too then I guess.
edit: Thinking about what you said (inspiration). How can you possibly monitor that those real players that don’t deposit end up as depositors months later. The real players that don’t deposit do not leave any identifiable information such as an account number in my stats? I only get those for depositors.

InactiveWell, if you dont have many players and if you are using tags you could know it is not from the current month.
Cause, next to the tag in the report it would say 0 signups and 1 real money depositing player hence… an old downloader.
I would like to know how you know if it is x number of month old signup. maybe you ran a certain campaig with certain tag in aff link?

InactiveIf have many so there is no way to tell
But as far as I can see the only way the tracking of old “real players” could be monitored if you ran campaigns with a time restriction. I.e. campaign tags that you have in one month would then start to show up as a depositor couple of months later. Now this is a possible scenario but I would still say 90% of affs who don*’t run such campaigns will have no luck tracking the conversion of real players into depositors unless they get very little action in the stats as casinotime points out.
