Yesterday I opened my bank statement and was not too surprised to find another bounced check. The error listed was account closed.
I just threw away the check that I received in december as its clearly not worth depositing.
Please add other payment methods.
Add ways to modify payment methods via the control panel.
Fix your website all ready after years of bitching the balance and carry over columns still dont make sense, add up, or reflect payments that were sent.
Please make the stats accurate and the same regardless of which reporting option an affiliate chooses.
Please have a payment history that is accurate and that shows the method of payment.
Is there anyway that you can make the reporting somewhat functional or useful instead of making it a crapshoot where an affiliate might get paid based on unreliable data?
January 2, 2009 at 3:37 am #791391AnonymousInactiveI’ve worked with Best Casino Partner since they launched, and I agree with Antoine that fixing their reporting would be a huge improvement. And bounced checks are always frustrating. Affiliate Speed Pay is a great option for paying affiliates; I’d love to see that option available there.
January 2, 2009 at 6:57 am #791397LucretiaMemberI must agree the reporting section is a total useless mess
“An error occurred during report execution. Please contact your report administrator. Request ID 17699596”
I get these kind of errors almost every time.
Quote:Fix your website all ready after years of bitching the balance and carry over columns still dont make sense, add up, or reflect payments that were sent.this page should reflect my monthly earnings but are not, I always have to the calculations myself and check the payment amount.
If netwin is 5000 the monthly commission report shows 500, which sould be 30%x5000=1500
Really frustrating.
🙁
January 2, 2009 at 8:34 am #791404AnonymousInactiveThing is I could understand problems with the website and stats if this was a small operation. But golden palace/golden casino are one of the largest groups around. There really is no excuse for things been like this for years now.
January 2, 2009 at 8:57 am #791405AnonymousInactiveIts the bouncing checks part that gets me.
In South Africa bouncing checks is considered to be fraud.
Surely it is the same in other countries?
How come they get away with doing this time and time again?January 2, 2009 at 1:16 pm #791426AnonymousInactiveIsn’t this site supposed to switch over to the new Vegas Tech affiliate platform with their aff site?
That would be a vast improvement, and fast, and no reinventing the wheel.
January 2, 2009 at 1:23 pm #791427AnonymousInactiveNew VT affiliate platform is the one Coins have been using for some time now ?
January 2, 2009 at 1:27 pm #791429AnonymousInactiveYeppers! :hattip:
January 2, 2009 at 2:01 pm #791431AnonymousInactiveIMHO it’s crap. Stats don’t add up, lots of bugs ….. i’d rather BCP used their curent system.
January 19, 2009 at 9:01 pm #792964AnonymousInactiveWhen these problems are fixed and checks quit bouncing let me know so I can consider whether or not to promote this program.

February 12, 2009 at 4:38 am #795141AnonymousInactiveJust had a check and it cleared no issues
February 12, 2009 at 5:17 am #795152vladcizsolMemberGuys I will get the certification team to check on these issues with BCP. We have had great luck in the past with them and I believe they will be responsive.
Personally I havent had any issues with bounced checks, but I would like a better stats package so I can improve my marketing efforts for their products.
