Glad to see you guys back on board after recent events
A quick question regarding stats:The 20% tier rises to 25% when you acquire an “active customer” in a given month. Can you tell me what the difference between a “New Purchasing Account” and a “New Active Customer” is in the stats columns and why they would be different?

Hi Simmo,
The difference between the two columns is:
New Purchasing Account = The number of new accounts that made a first purchase at a casino.
New Active Customers = The number of active customers, that are new to the Belle Rock group.
Some customers open more than one account due cross sell by the casinos or affiliates. The new accounts of previously referred customers are allocated to the affiliate that originally referred the player.
