Reading the details for the blackjack games, it says that the decks of cards are shuffled before each game. Does this mean they are shuffled every time a new hand is dealt?

Rickthis has been an issue with me concerning CR/RA for a long time.
despite this matter…. they have proven to me to be a quality provider regardless of this situatiion or I’d surely have been very outspoken before now….
though i’d of course like their approach changed for obvious reason…..
I cannot condemn them for at least giving credit that ….. which is earned.
…. much more than I can say for many programs …. casino profit share comes to mind off current hand…… I’m disgusted with their incompetence … and I am now on my second try with them…..
they are either incompetent …. or out and out cheats. I do not challenge them on the second part of last paragraph but cannot get around the fact they are incompentent at least ………..
I make decent money with CR/RA…… much better than with CPS … despite giving them a second chance…
you have to ALWAYS …. consider the bottom line……and bottom line is ….. Brightshare and Rewards Affs are the top earners in my life.
while I wish both did better …… who doesn’t with their best programs?
CPS …… has been a complete and totall disappointment which I am in the midst of removing. ……. they have op to change that if they show some damn income of worthyiness in the months coming where I’m busy finding their …. so far … worthless banners.
No apologies btw …. about my fortworth approach…… CPS…… has not earned any kind word of me other than I can’t catch them cheating …… and that said …. if they are so completely incompetent to have not achieved any real players at this point ….. well …… what good are you if you can’t convert even if you are legit?
