I can assure you that you that the loyalty team follow up with all open accounts that haven’t gone active. I’ve had a look at your account and the majority of the open accounts that are coming through and not going active are on Mummy’s Gold.
It’s not unusual to have a low open to active conversion at Mummy’s Gold at the moment because of the free spins offer that is running on the casino. A real account is opened for each player that takes the promo but if they don’t win enough during the free 60 minutes, then they don’t deposit to take the funds into their real account.
