Only recently started to try promoting Casino Coins again for the first time in many years. I’m a bit confused with some of the reporting stats and tracking.
1. New Customers
I’ve generated 7 new depositors so far this month, yet my reports show just ‘4 New Qualifying Customers’.
What’s the difference between depositors and ‘New Qualifying Customers’ ?
2. Negative Cross-Over
I have a feeling that negative balances from one property (ie. Super Slots) are deducted from the positive balance of another property (ie. English Harbour Casino).
Is that the case?
3. Tracking
When visiting http://www.englishharbour.com, I see that the referrer code is carried over when clicking on (or mousing over) ‘English Harbour UK’ but it does not appear to be carried when doing the same with ‘English Harbour EU’.
Is there a reason for this?

We talked about this .. but I forgot to post.
1. Qualifying customers is a number that only relates to CPA campaigns. I need to make this clear in all reports. Bascially we normally put a minimum deposit on players who qualify for CPA of $50. This doesnt apply to most webmasters. The Customer number is the number of players who have purchased. Also customers with duplicate accounts normally don’t qualify.
2. Negative balances do effect the other casinos. So $2000 in EH and -$2000 in SL means 0 profit. However we do not have negative monthly carryover so if one of your guys wins $100,000 playing the new Reel Deal Slot you are not going to be punished the next month and earn revenue on what he puts back in.
3. There is a reason for thisbut the tracking does pass and anyone who delivers a EH Euro players is going to receive credit.
Let me know if you need anything over MSN.
Thanks again Fictionnet

The system automatically holds payments for affiliates who have not delivered a player in 90 days.
We do it so we can talk with you about promotions etc and how to get new players in.
We hold without penalty in most cases so that if you have a negative month we dont punish you while your payments are held if you should start to re-promote us effectively.
Your payment is scheduled to hit your account tomorrow or Wednesday.
Jared
Thanks again for your business.
