July 7, 2005 at 12:32 am #668160AnonymousInactiveDo you think it’s ethical to sell links on a site that utilizes cloaking software? xhttp://www.abconlinecasino.com/
I know some believe that being associated with those sites can cause damage to their own sites. Selling links of that type of site seems wrong. imho
July 21, 2005 at 5:18 pm #669076AnonymousInactiveThe frontpage isn’t cloaked – that is the only place i am selling links on that site – i guess its up to the purchaser.
August 1, 2005 at 2:16 pm #669558AnonymousInactivethe “Front page” isn’t cloaked? …. as in other pages are cloaked? many people saw what I saw and I forward the URL to those who wanted to see it – something most definetly was going on there.
When you sell advertising you should be taking the moral high ground with that site to the best of your ability. You should not be doing anything unscroupulous that your advertisers might end up paying the price for. It’s just not right.
August 1, 2005 at 2:23 pm #669560AnonymousInactiveJust checked and you STILL are cloaking… looked in me email box today and now you want to SELL me your sites? try another sucker.
August 24, 2005 at 2:17 pm #671565AnonymousInactiveIs this any better?
http://www.abconlinecasinos.com
I didnt realise that what i was doing was frowned upon so much.
I have recently had time to develop the site properly – still not finished tho..
August 24, 2005 at 2:40 pm #671570AnonymousInactiveCloaking can get you banned at the search engines.
August 25, 2005 at 5:22 pm #671705AnonymousInactiveIf you go here, http://www.google.com/search?q=dominique+poker&hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&start=20&sa=N
listing #22, this is the url: xralfxak.w6.ru/ , that is a cloaked site.
Read the text of the listing, then click.
None of the text will be visible, just a front for a Money Mechanics Casino.
One week ago you could type dominique and any casino game into google and get three full pages of these exact pages, all with different gibberish text covered up by piggs peak fronts. Page after page after page.
These are all cloaked.
It means there is a string of gibberish with keywords throughout and the engine indexes that and gives you placement according to it. But what the visitor sees is just a casino front, or whatever. Used to be Casino on Net was all over the engines with this crap, but now I mostly see Piggs Peak.
When found these sites get banned. That is undoubtedly what happened to all these sites under the seach terms dominique blackjack or slots etc that were there last week. They were all Piggs peak, hundreds of them.
It is good to see google does get rid of this rubbish when they see it.
