ola,
i’ve been trying to contact jean paul a few times now, but my email seems to be going into the abyss…
i noticed that on casino revenue share model, progressive jackpot plays do not get counted towards earnings. then i tried to find information on other models and seems like FA only has cpa and casino revenue share remaining?
does this mean that there is no way for affiliates to be paid on progressive jackpot contributions? …that’s very awkward…
also, could you please tell me an email account where i can contact someone at FA.
cheers.

Jean Paul has left our employ a few months ago already.
You may email [email protected] for any future queries you might have, or if you could PM me your account number with us I can put you in touch with your new Relationship Manager so you also have a direct contact.
I’d also need your account number to look into your problem, so please PM me as soon as you are able to.
Thank you,
Marvyn H

Wagering from Progressives is definitely included in the earnings.
The only difference between wagering on Progressives and other wagering is that there is a standard “Progressive Fee” that is deducted. This fee is paid to Microgaming for the jackpots. If the jackpot is won by one of your players, it does not affect your earnings.
The above query is being looked into in case there is some misunderstanding.
Thanks,
