Guys we have decided that CAP certification should be reserved for individual programs that are managed by the actual operator. This allows us to follow up on any affiliate issues and resolve disputes. This is an integral and valuable component of certification here at CAP.
B4Playing acts as a Master Affiliate and represents numeorus programs, as a result if there is a support issue that arises with one of their clients it makes it difficult for us to step in and assist on the program level.
We are therefore moving B4Playing to the guest forum areas. This still allows easy access to their support team and facilitates communication. I have the assurances from Jonathan, Harvey, Itay and the whole B4Playing team that they will do their best to help with any support requests you submit or post.
In summary, this change of status is not a reflection on B4Playing or anything they have done or havent done, it’s an internal change in CAP policy. We think B4Playing offers a unique product and is certainly worthy of your consideration as a partner.
