Yesterday I tried the form on the website (no response) Today the telephone (Long wait and nothing)

Today Does not exist.Todays Solution – Generate a new account; I have had swiss casino for 3 years!
How can I get the old account statistics?
The login info on affclub.com reads:
“If you already have a PartyPartners account then you can use this username and password to login at AffClub.com. If your AffClub username ended with “ IOG” this has now changed to “_IOG”. For example if your username was “affiliate IOG” this will now be “affiliate_IOG”. Your password will stay the same.”
However, I still can’t login either.

I can login using party account login details.
i’m having the same problem. can’t login at all. after 5 days finally received a reply saying:
we are currently checking your account status with our technical department. We will get back to you at the earliest. However, we request you to send us any other information related to your account at Affclub. This might help us investigating the issue.
what information are they talking about?! i’m pretty sure they have access to my account info since they adressed the email with my full name registered on the account…go figure. this is a disturbing trend.:flush:
I can’t log in using any of my accounts anymore.. be it CON, IOG or Party… for well over a week now.
wtf is going on with this group?
is there even an affiliate manager working for affclub? someone to reply to this thread?
this issue should’ve been resolved straight away…instead people are left guessing for a week now.
this must be a sign of how they see their affiliate business. if they can’t be bothered to fix this login issue, then they are not that keen on affiliates in the first place…:flush:

I cannot log in to the account of both IOG and Tradal.
It is only my Party account that I can log in.They failed to make my affclub ID on Party account.
Because ID is same as my party account.
it is double registration, They cannot make ID.Hi all.
I tested it and succeeded!
If you had already Party Patner account.< me too
And if your ID name of party patner is the same as affclub.You should input party partner’s password.
I was able to affclub login!
And the payment of this month was already performed in my party casher.
don’t have a party account…used to have one 4 years ago. tried to unsubscribe from their email several times, but to no avail…
in fact, i’m beginning to think that affclub affiliate support got outsourced to india…
no offense meant to any indian members here!
I think they are very good to work with but the communication here lacks a bit.
The new affclub is much faster to see the stats f.i.
The merger with partypartners is a good thing cashing out is really simple if you have a partypartners account.
The thing I do not like is the bonus trackers they expire after a few months. Just plain links would be preferred.

You should check your affiliate links Tag.
It was changed to party partner’s affiliate tag form.
