    You have promised to pay the debts.
    But since the day when you have sent last letter(it was a month ago)
    it was collected more commissions on my accounts.
    And you have not sent any answers on my e-mails.

    What is the matter?

    So far, we’ve been paying you all of your commissions, and we never had any extremely long delays with your account. It’s very unfortunate that you do not want us to pay you via Neteller or Firepay, because Western Union is by far not the most convenient option to us. However, in my last e-mail, which I sent you just one week and a half ago, I told we would continue making your payments via Western Union, and as soon as I have the MTCN, I will send it to you.
    Honestly, if you had another payment option, it would be so much easier for both of us. WU is not the securest transaction method in gambling industry, and that’s why any payment related to it, will take more time, than for example, Neteller.
    In conclusion, Sergey, I understand you must be upset, because your payments are not as quick as they could be, however you do not leave us any option either. By the way, just yesterday our accounting manager was setting a payment for you, so I presume I will receive your MTCN very soon.
    Finally, all of your emails have been always answered; so let’s maintain our communication via that way. I truly respect you as our partner, and I always said how happy I was with the results we get from your web site, and therefore I am doing my best to send your payments in the most convenient way for you. And trust me, if there was some way of sending this money to you earlier, I would make sure to do so!! :)

    Yes i have received the letter from you today, but the sum it’s only approximately 20% from earned total sum. I hope that i’ll get remainder soon.

    Systems of payment which you talk about, not accessible to me, because this the limitations of Neteller and Firepay, and not my disinclination to this systems.
    It would be very nice to have Neteller account but i can’t get it in view of limitations of Neteller.

    Many casinos do payments to me by wire transfer or moneybookers.
    If you can use such systems of payment I will send necessary data and instructions.
    As for me the moneybookers system more prefer to me.

    Every day i trust to you more and more :)
    I hope we will stay as partners a long time.

    Yes, I know it was not the total amount. But we have limitations on how much money we can send in total via Western Union per day. The rest of your commissions will be sent out shortly. According to the accounting manager, it will be all released by the beginning of next week.

    And, as I already said: we truly love working with you, so I will see if we can figure out something more efficient for your withdrawals.

    First of all, let me remind you again that our official payment date is actually 15th business day of each month, which means next Monday November 21st.

    As we already discussed several times, you are located in a country which does not allow us to send you payments by the most common means in this industry. You know very well, that we always pay you, and we do almost impossible things to send you the person-to-person transactions. Perhaps, we should not get compromised with the affiliates from Russian Federation and the former Soviet Republics, since we put them in an uncomfortable situation of getting paid late.

    Finally, I think our accounting department did very well by covering all of your fees on Western Union transactions, as a sign of an apology for the late payment. And also, since your case is very different from others, please start communicating with us via e-mail. We even tried calling you, but you provided a wrong phone number to us.
