hey bb1webs,
that whole thing sounds like horseshit. if they don’t turn you back on, or if you get pissed enough to do something about it, let me know.
i have no problem telling every one of my visitors that they would have to “watch what they say” when playing at a primaPoker site.

It’s great to see you here.:cheers:

She was in a 7k tournament with no indication it had started and when she found out she had been blinded out. This seems to happen a lot AND if you have to watch what you say….
October 18, 2003 at 12:00 am #640284bb1websGuestHi,
thanks Mongoose; I do appreciate the support.
I’ve dealt with Prima on several issues which almost all were similiar situation to mine.
What it amounted to was Prima never wanted to admit fault; and they only returned the chat after the player in question had either sent apology, or had received a letter from Prima telling them how it’s going to be.
I used to be in there all the time; so I have an excellent ring side seat as to how they choose to carry on day to day business.
Which brings up the part I had said about being their best ambassador. Because many of the players knew me; I often found myself the person who the players came to : in order to get anything done.
Its terribly discouraging to sit and watch as your sponsor does practically everything posssible to piss-off, chase-off or alienate in some manner; …. players you’ve spent so much money, time, etc; to get there in the first place.
This isn’t a problem exclusive to Prima, though they certainly get my vote for leader of the “arrogant” bunch. Many casinos treat our players in similar fashion. RB’s casinos come to mind quickly when thinking about this matter.
If you gamble much then you probably have experienced similar events. I can think of a couple of times I’ve finally had to disclose to a casino the fact that I was an affiliate; before achieving satisfaction.
And what really blows my mind the most is; is that many of these incidents don’t even involve any kind of monetary fraud/loss. Its usually simply a matter of egos.
I could go on forever about this subject. The stupid SOBs pay out all that money in advertising, comps, etc. And yet when it comes to an existing player; they are practically treated with the attitude of “guilty until proven innocent”.
I don’t expect to hear from Prima, but whatever I do get as response: I’ll let everyone know.
Cheers!
