I know, Jared and the whole program and casino group have made some wonderful changes.
It’s such a pity.
I bet that predatory rule was introduced by Yali or whatever his name was. He made some awful decisions. I don’t think he is there anymore.
Or it was snuck in when VIP took over? They have predatory rules too.
December 1, 2006 at 8:54 pm #717540vladcizsolMemberYali was a monster that ate small children and kicked puppies. I thought he was vanquished to the abyss long ago.
Jared he’s not still haunting you guys is he?
December 1, 2006 at 9:30 pm #717548AnonymousInactiveI appreciate the opportunity to allow me to pin the blame on someone else, however the responsiblility falls directly on my shoulders. I did not invent it but my hands stroked the keyboard that put it on the site, long after the previously mentioned individual had gone.
If you want to receive commission for life some where on some page on the web you have a coins banner and info that is updated and that you answer my calls or emails.
I stand by the policy. Its on my site for a reason. I also stand by my ability to make people money and delvelop the games and creatives that make people spend it.
If you no longer want to do business with me in 2007 because of this I truely regret it for both of our sakes. All you have to do to get paid for life is show you are trying to stay updated or bring in 1 new player every 90 days.
That being said remember to promote the Reel Deal (Deal or No Deal) slot game and the $25,000 in Festive Free Rolls Slots Tournaments in December There is a tournament schedule http://www.superslots.com/promotions/tournaments.php affiliates and players are already taking advantage. Deal is the hottest show in the world and the revenue we are generating from the slot game it is incredible.
This will be my last post in this regard no matter what is said. I am trying to get you guys paid for November ASAP to stay in the Prof’s good books
Thank you for your past, present and future business and I look forward to working with you.
Jared
December 1, 2006 at 10:02 pm #717550AnonymousInactiveWell, that is just too bad.
Nothing justifies withholding payment that has been earned by people.
These revenues have been honestly earned by affiliates.
Affiliates are such a cheap sales force, all we ask is to be paid when you make money.
No guarantees, we can work for months and years without seeing a penny. No insurance. No retirement. No sick pay. No nothing.
All we ask for is a percentage of the money we make for you, and only when you make a profit.
Now even that is asking too much?
I think if this trend continues, this industry has truly seen its days. We do all the work and take all the risk and then programs just won’t pay unless they can extort more of the same. Just dare have an accident and be unable to work for a few months. Your income will be taken away from you, even though you already did the work to earn it.
Forget building up a player base. The more you send, the more you will lose.
A very sad state of affairs.
Go ahead and lose your bigger affiliates so you can steal a few bucks from the next guy. Such foolishness combined with ill will and greed!
Not to mention that it is breach of contract, I sure as hell never signed that clause!
December 1, 2006 at 10:50 pm #717558AnonymousInactiveThank you Dom! So true everything you said, and Jared the only respect I hold for you is for the fact you didn’t play around with BS and came right to the point, and as soon as this post here is typed I am removing every banner off every site.
I hope to help organize a site or something to warn every player and affiliate out there of this low level turn of events in this industry, if we allow you clowns to do this there will be many sure to follow!
“For Life” officially means nothing to me.

Same for me.
I looked around for a decent casino accepting us players and fell for you guys. I will remove the links/banners asap.edit: I signed up before the T&C changes
December 12, 2006 at 2:25 pm #718652AnonymousInactiveI hate to be a ‘me tooer’ but yes, me too.
Kept holding off signing up because something just didn’t feel right – sometimes it pays to go with your gut feeling.

December 12, 2006 at 5:47 pm #718675AnonymousInactiveCoins has always been good to me an Jared is the best of them, cut him some slack. Payments are faster since he has been there, new games are better and most importantly earnings are better!

I don’t think that Jared himself is the issue. I think Jared is an excellent aff manager. It is the clause that has people up in arms.
December 12, 2006 at 7:55 pm #718686AnonymousInactiveI agree, with the exception of that predatory clause CC is an excellent program and Jared has done wonders with it since he took over.
However, with that clause in force not only are smaller affiliates who are not yet able to deliver regularly out of their hard earned money, it is also impossible to retire by selling your sites and keeping the accounts. You won’t get paid for your labor, no matter how many years you supported the program or how many players will continue to play under your tracker.
Not to mention what will happen to you should you be incapacitated due to an accident or health problem.
It is simply not right to steal people’s income, or to use it to extort better placement.
I can’t for the life of me understand why a program, that has made such progress in raising from the ashes, would resort to such cut-throat tactics.
In the end, they will cut their own throat.
December 13, 2006 at 4:29 pm #718777AnonymousInactiveExactly just as Dom said it is stealing from us affiliates, this is not about Jared as an individual person but about a program itself that went and changed terms AFTER the fact that we signed up for life for our players! Who is going to cut me some slack on my bills and feeding my kids?
I think it is about time to take this to the forums and inform the players of this mess, who knows maybe they will change terms on cash outs without informing the players, if they do this to us their most important partners who can say what else they will do next to save a buck!
December 14, 2006 at 12:14 am #718822AnonymousGuestchanged terms AFTER the fact that we signed up for life
its quite clear here the wrong that is done and there is no spin to put on it that is acceptable nor that deserves any kind of break.
maybe they will change terms on cash outs without informing the players
as someone who always puts his players first because I know that by doing so …. in the long run I am putting myself first … I cannot agree more.
I suggest Jared you do some homework on the word integrity until it becomes undeniably clear to you that there is no place in that description for words like justification.
a contract is a contract and at least here in the states it is not only wrong to change a contract but it is illegal to do so unless both sides are in agreement to do so.
I don’t know where you grew up but I find it hard to believe that a contract has any different specifications there.
…. you know I don’t get a lot of players but the ones i do get are usually pretty good sized ones. That is what I’ve always sought out and in fact as the Prof was giggling at me just the other day for using ads like “don’t come to this site if you’re not a real money player” or “no bonuses here”.
But that is exactly my approach and for me it has worked well. My players are not many in numbers but if you’ve any experience at all in this industry you of all people then should know that its the very few who make the majority of the money to us.
One whale is worth so much more than a ton of small players or bonus chasers. And it is a fact that at any given time one of these whales may come across our path so it is rather rediculous to even have such a term in place because all you’re doing is taking your program out of any chance of that happening because any affiliate with any brains is going to get out before the time happens when they waste getting such a whale on their site only to end up sending them to a predatorial program like you’re offering and setting themselves up for losing what was not easy to get.
