We have opened our directory for some link exchanges, the main page could be found here:

Every category has a PR of 4 or higher, with few to no links per category.
Pick your category and email me at:

Include your website’s link details, as well as, where you plan to place our link.
Note, do not place our links before your website has been approved – we would require some kind of “equal reciprocation” – no PR0-2 pages, etc. so we would like to look at your info first.
