Hey there all yee CAP’ers,
The casino brands will very shortly be removing bonus credits from closed non-US accounts.
To do this they will be opening the closed accounts, removing the credits and then reclosing them.
So please watch for:
1. spikes in opened accounts
2. spike in closed accounts
3. $0 in depositsHope this pre-warning helps stem any confusion.

Hi Shane,
Can this affect our income? Accounts closed that have bonuses in them, and then are removed?
Wouldn’t that have come out of our stats originally, when bonuses were put into those accounts? I’m a little confused.

Where there are NCI values in the account which are ‘reclaimed’ these amounts will be taken into account during the next payment run
