Portofino "Password reset doesn’t work"

    For a short period a year ago, I promoted Portofino and Hampton casinos. When their reputation problems surfaced, I pulled them. However, I did have at least one big player at both casinos who has continued playing occasionally.

    A few months back I became unable to login to my account at Portofino, and Ron claims that resetting the password didn’t help. He also claims that RTG was unable to help, but I’m skeptical.

    If there’s a big commission sitting in this account, this would be too convenient.

    Does anyone have a contact direct at RTG that might be able to alleviate my concerns?

    That’s a bit odd………I know I couldn’t log in a few months ago and I actually still have that email:

    We fixed half of the problem so far and working on the 2nd half at the moment. We hope that today it will be fully restored.

    Right now you can login to your affiliate account and check the stats, the system skin is white and the banners are gone but the traffic stats are reachable.
