Hot off the presses, from the Supreme Court:
Actually, that’s good news. It means the First Amendment is alive and well. If censorship of gambling sites were being considered, this would be a strong precedent.
he agreed that sites that require a credit card to view certain pages would see a sharp drop-off in users.
well no duh! and requiring credit card or the like (ie ewallets which require you to be of age) ……. would not hurt OG.
