The affiliate site I work for has a TON of complaints received about Pokershare. They range from not receiving bonuses to cashouts not being processed. I sent endless emails to our Pokershare rep (Jessica Lumby I believe is the name) but no answer. I only received one reply to my CC to support saying they were experiencing a problem with paying bonuses and cashouts due to an office move. Obviously that is no excuse. What is being done to pay these players? There are several threads in poker forums about this and it is destroying Pokershare’s and the affiliate’s reputations. We removed Pokershare a week ago because of all of these complaints. We have 30+ player complaints and nobody answers the emails.

If you read those threads you see emails are ignored, phones are not answered and players are not getting paid or getting slowpayed.
Is there some sort of resolution coming or are there serious problems at Pokershare we all need to know about?

December 5, 2006 at 8:30 pm #717988AnonymousInactiveJust my thoughts on this but since you found this thread maybe you could have emailed Jon Jon or Lawerence about this, and also I don’t hold much sympathy for BH as they are the cause of many bonus problems due to abuse of bonuses.
I am sure someone will help out as soon as they see this.

How in the world do we cause bonus problems? Poker rooms don’t complain about it. As a matter of fact they often fight to get on our site or better exposure. How does the fact that players signed up for a 10x bonus and did not get it or their emails returned or cashouts paid have anything to do with our site?
We’re certainly never been told by a poker room to remove them from our site. Poker bonuses are different from casino bonuses. Most poker rooms don’t care if you clear a bonus or get rakeback etc. because they are still making money and that is what it takes to get players in the door.

It was a very quick response and we now have a contact which we did not have before since Jessical left and we did not know it. Thanks CAP for helping in the quick contact here. I hope all know my intention was not to start trouble but was to try and get all of these issues resolved which we are now a step closer to doing.
