Normally, the second tier revenue is calculated from the netgaming generated by your sub-affiliates. As you know, for some reason, playtech had a hard time integrating the poker netgaming with the casino netgaming. Soon this will be sorted and second tier revenue will be calculated.
Laurent, this quote was from you back on 22 May last year. Looking at my stats is still doesn’t appear that poker sub affiliate revenue is being included. Obviously my idea and you idea as to what ‘soon’ means is different. Please give me an update as to when we can expect this to occur. Thanks.
April 22, 2006 at 7:37 am #689587AnonymousInactiveOver three weeks and no reply. Can some-one from Casino Partners please answer this because it is now about 11 months since the quote in my original post and nothing seems to be happening.
If it’s not going to happen then say so, please don’t lead us on. Of course I won’t be happy if you say it’s not going to happen.
May 1, 2006 at 8:57 am #690591AnonymousInactiveHey Laurent are you going for the record again for the most unanswered posts? I think I had 5 posts before your responded to me about this issue in the past.
22 more days and it will be a year since you said it would be done ‘soon’.
May 1, 2006 at 10:54 am #690596AnonymousInactiveI guess that’s what’s called “baiting the hook” eh James?
IF that one doesn’t get a bite then nothing will …
:satisfiedMay 1, 2006 at 11:16 am #690600AnonymousInactivehi jarvi and others following the thread. Sorry for the late reply, this is obviously not excusable, but i’ll try to make it up to you over the next few months. We’ve been working on several new client’s launches, and we’re working on a major re-design of casino partners, which will include these type of adjustments.
Thank you for your patience,
Laurent
May 2, 2006 at 8:38 am #690703AnonymousInactiveThanks for the reply Laurent and I assume you already know I will follow you up in a few months if I don’t hear anything.
OK I have to say something else. Perhaps you should work on addressing the issues outstanding at the moment before working on new clients. Or put on more people to ensure your current clients and partners are being looked after correctly.
February 1, 2007 at 8:39 am #725241AnonymousInactiveMany, many months have passed and this was one of the undertakings by Laurent that hasn’t happened. What makes it more annoying is the following quote from the Casino Partners’ site.
Recruit new affiliates and get a percentage of all revenue generated by this affiliate! Ask your affiliate manager for your personalized link and anyone who signs up to Casino Partners using this link will automatically become your sub-affiliate.
To me that implies I should be earning from ALL sub-affiliate revenue and looking at my stats I’m clearly not getting my % from the poker revenue. You’ve now done two site upgrades since I first raised this and launched new clients so it’s about time you dealt with this issue.
My affiliate manager is trying to get me to give your properties more exposure via the standard, we’ll give you more if you promote us more, type emails. Why would I bother when your group doesn’t follow through on undertakings?
February 8, 2007 at 8:52 pm #726602AnonymousInactiveCPDirector, I can’t let this one drop down the list again. You came in and answered other posts and not this one. Please let me know the status of the poker sub-affiliate revenue.
February 12, 2007 at 8:35 am #726895AnonymousInactiveOur FAQ page (http://casinopartners.com/faq.html) is up to date.
The above quote was taken from the other thread about bank wire charges and unforuntately it is not correct. Maybe in relation to the wire charges but not in relation to sub-affiliate revenue.
Can I make money from having sub-affiliates?
Yes! Our 10 Tier Program allows you to make money from all affiliates who sign up to Casino Partners using your Salesman Code. Your Salesman Code is http://casinopartners.com/index.php?username (replace “username” with your Casino Partners username). Anyone who signs up to be an affiliate of Casino Partners using that link will automatically be your sub-affiliate, and you will be paid according to our 10 Tier Program for all revenue generated by these affiliates.Taken from the 10 Tier program link
What is the 10 Tier program?
By referring other affiliates to the Casino Partners affiliate program, you are entitled to a commission of the net gaming generated by your sub-affiliates.The percentages:
1st tier: 2%
2nd tier: 1.5%
3rd tier: 1%
4th tier: 0.08%
5th tier: 0.03%
6th to 10th tier: 0.01%and back to the FAQs
What is “net gaming”?
Casino net gaming is defined as gross bets minus payout (calculated using the client software), derived from any real transaction with a linking visitor in which revenue is paid or credited to the client, minus: (i) charge backs and discretionary returns; (ii) sign up bonuses; and (iii) promotional bonuses. For Poker, net gaming is defined as rakes and tournament fees minus chargebacks and bonuses. So why aren’t I getting paid for the poker revenue all my sub-affiliates are earning?
February 14, 2007 at 1:43 am #727210AnonymousInactiveThis may be because they are on CPA.
I think you only get sub revenue from subs on MGR.
February 14, 2007 at 11:15 am #727232AnonymousInactivePossible but not likely as there are too many sub-affiliates for them to all be in CPA and I can see numbers in the poker rakes column. But then I’m only assuming with CPA you wouldn’t see the revenue generated from players because I don’t do CPA. Plus, this has never been mentioned as a reason by anyone at Casino Partners.
Further, this is taken from the first page when you log in.
Recruit new affiliates and get a percentage of all revenue generated by this affiliate!
It say all revenue.
February 23, 2007 at 4:32 am #728438AnonymousInactiveCPDirector, you have been on here since my last post and appear to have ignored my questions. I continue to get emails from my affiliate manager wanting to do better deals with me but until this is at least acknowledged then it won’t happen.
I’ve been pretty patient with this, I don’t fly off the handle calling people names r prgrams fraudulent and have tried to deal with it in a business-like manner, afterall, we are partners, however, not even giving me the courtesy of a reply speaks volumes about how business is done at Casino Partners.
