    Good luck getting them to state that Poker is a game of skill. As long as there is a luck or chance element involved (which there obviously is), it will always be deemed to be outright gambling. I really think that the only card that should be played these days, is the resultant tax revenue angle. So many states are in deep trouble with declining tax revenues and large deficits, that any form of revenue is welcome relief. To me, that is the one and only angle that I would be playing up big time, at this juncture.
