That’s good to hear Dom. Keep us updated.
August 8, 2005 at 6:02 am #670406AnonymousInactiveOK, I was making day to day earnings from Poker World
seens the first of July when everything looked
normal.
but it seems my stats have stopped from the first of
August and they would not reply with the emails I
sent. Anybody know anything about them folks?August 18, 2005 at 2:55 pm #671149AnonymousInactivenick777 wrote:3- Americas Card Room (no idea what happened, can’t even login)
4- Panther Poker (same as ACR, even player account is a no go)
5- Round Table Poker (where did they go ?)A belated answer to part of the O.P.’s question:
ACR have decided to ditch the Dobrosoft poker client they were using, and have joined the poker network headed up by PokerRoom.com. Players have had to sign up for a new account. Affiliates have been unceremoniously ditched (not even so much as an e-mail sent).
Panther Poker and Round Table Poker were both ACR skins. Panther have also joined PokerRoom’s network. Round table seems to have called it a day.
Neither ACR or Panter seem to be running an affiliate program at the moment.
August 20, 2005 at 2:29 am #671297AnonymousInactiveWe got royally screwed by them, we owned http://www.pokerislands.com and were told that they were only “taking” the top 15 sites (or something close to that) to the new software, and we were number 16 in line :shooter:
Anyways, all of our players were moved over to ACR and we had a few thousand (several hundred real money players) and to this day we have not received a dime as now “affiliates” of ACR.
I was told by Nick, the GM, that he promises the affiliate program will be sorted out by the end of this month. I’ll believe it when I see it.
August 20, 2005 at 1:16 pm #671313AnonymousInactiveIn another thread ( http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/affiliates-that-give-gifts-to-their-players.7062.html? ) it came up that pokers that do rake back will often respond to a player’s request and manually remove the player from one affiliate to give to a rake back affiliate.
I am bringing this up here because I think that definitely belongs under the heading of “poker fraud warnings”.
I keep telling people – you cannot know how much you lose to rakeback theft. It is invisible. But it sure is prevalent.
Having the rooms themselves manipulate players and giving and taking them at will is – I am all but speechless.
Also, I didn’t know that about Poker Islands. It is one of the more attractive pokers.
August 31, 2005 at 9:25 pm #672095AnonymousInactiveI forwarded website traffic directly into Casino Tropez bypassing banners. I was able to track traffic stats going in….About 1 in 4 were being registered by Casino Partners. Asked twice for an explanation …still waiting for their reply….No! Casino Partners is a Partner you don’t want.

I have run a rake back portal http://www.BestRakeBack.com and now my girlfriend is taking care of it. As any respectable rake back portal we keep full track of the players and we never noticed a player to dissapear from our stats for better deals of another affiliate. The sites there are: Empire, Carribean, FullTilt and of course RoyalCardClub(more networks have been there previously).
Actually apart from Prima, Party and Crypto nothing else convert to rake back and I think sites here are pretty honest. Rake back is ment for high rakers and only the top networks can retain them. Once they find a good place that pay them they won’t moved for an extra 5% unless they decide to change network.Do not promote rake back rooms if you do not offer rakeback! You will be screwed, whether you know it or not!!!!!
I must admit this is partially true. But is rooms correct? Shouldn’t be named networks. What is the difference promoting a room in a network where someone else offer rake back then promoting a rake back room? If player hear of rake back it is even easier to move. He doesn’t even breach any terms as he can get a new account at other room in the network while if he play at same room he can get his accounts frozen.
Please prove me I am wrong with this one.September 6, 2005 at 3:36 am #672403AnonymousInactiveEllenIng wrote:Feel free to compare this to my list here in the private forums:http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?t=6783
EllenIng,
I was wondering if you could tell me if “CasinoRewards” was on the Good List or the Bad Lists?
Any Information on this Affiliate Program will be greatly appreicated.
