I have done business with these guys for years, and I am quite sure you will get paid. :hattip:
March 28, 2008 at 7:14 pm #764470BlackestHatterMemberI have been doing business with them for years too, and haven’t had a problem until the last three months, when the pay stopped. I wouldn’t be so upset right now had I not been promised twice that I would recieve pay immediately, still no pay. I have worked with other places where the pay stopped, and just quit that program. I prefer BingoRoyalty and the other Leapfrog gaming sites because they are so good at prompt payment. By leaving the BingoRoyalty links on my site, the way I see it is that I am giving business to a place that hasn’t paid as opposed to promoting other sites that do pay, on time. Have you been getting paid by them, or is it just a glich with my pay?:hattip:
March 28, 2008 at 8:09 pm #764483AnonymousInactiveI don’t do analysis until the end of the month (almost here) because some programs pay so late, but so far I haven’t missed any payments with them. I imagine it’s a glitch on your end.
I like the leapfrogs too…. players like them.
March 30, 2008 at 8:25 am #764583AnonymousInactiveHi guys
thanks for your kind words and I assure you that any payments that have not arrived have been sent and will arrive shortly. We had no issue in the past while we could use Neteller etc, it has been a little more difficult since they stopped servicing many places, and the wire payment processor we were using was too slow, that is the resason we have been changing provider for the past couple months and things have been smoothing back out.
we are also in the process of setting up affiliate speedpay which should help as well.
thanks and regards
Manager
Ps – Please confirm when your payment arrives
April 12, 2008 at 5:33 pm #765524BlackestHatterMemberUpdate:
Sorry I haven’t posted sooner, I had been talking to management privately, and forgot to post this update, I received the payment. Apparently, it was a mix-up with my new banking info. As soon as that was sorted out, I received payment, and a generous apology.
The issue was settled quickly after I posted here, that was nice. Overall, I’d say the management handled everything very well, and that I plan to stay with Bingo Royalty.
I was a bit concerned when my emails to the management at BingoRoyalty didn’t seem to get through, and was thinking maybe management could post the Casino Affiliate Programs site and info about contacting management on Bingo Royalty affiliate site so the lack of contact doesn’t unnecessarily frustrate affiliates.
Back to Being Happy……:inlove:
Thank You, :hattip:
