November 25, 2005 at 2:36 pm #677230AnonymousInactiveHi everyone,
Just wanted to say thanks to those of you who have welcomed http://www.32RedAffiliates.com to the Casino Affiliate Forum.
We have been listening long and hard to our current affiliate partners in recent months to come up with (hopefully!) a programme that everyone can use to help maximise their own profits.
We always, always welcome comments about the programme and would actively welcome your thoughts, good or bad. You can email me directly at [email protected] and I will promise to take on board all that is said and use your thoughts for our next release.
Speaking of which, v2 should be with you very shortly, would be very interested to hear what you make of it!
Thanks again, and I hope to be speaking to you all very soon.
Cheers,
LeeHead Of Affiliates

Without any specific information regarding to your complaint, or your affiliate account at 32Red, it is difficult for me to assist you.I do not understand why you feel so negatively about our affiliate program? Without going into too much detail, I am a new site, but very proactive. Anyway joined up with 32 Red and a couple of others which seemed good. Never had any positive help from 32 Red and the final straw was when I sent out an email asking for any interesting promos 32 Red may have for me to advertise in my ‘Online Tournaments’ section in order to attract poker players! Guess what – no answer, therefore took 32 Red of my site as it was taking up space. Hope this helps?
Cheers

I have been through the affiliate inbox in some depth and can’t locate your email. Did you send it to [email protected]?I can’t understand why I didn’t receive the email, I always make an effort to respond to every enquiry I get – so apologise for not getting back to you.
I will be more than happy to discuss any promotions that we can offer you, perhaps a cashback tournament/freeroll to promote on your site?
Please get in touch either by MSN or email at [email protected] and I will immediately acknowledge receipt. If you don’t hear anything from me within 24hrs of contacting me send me a PM on here – it may be a bug in our email system.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sabrina.

I will resend the email and yes I did send it to [email protected], But I will say unless you come up wioth something really interesting I wont bother with your company because looking through my inbox for 32 Red apart from the standard welcome letter your company sent, there has never been any attempt to help with your company promotion on my website.

You cant expect to join a program and then be inundated with offers of help.
We have been promoting sites for years, earning them huge sums of money and rarely if ever do I get offers of help turning up in my indox.
If you get to know the affiliate managers, start sending them decent traffic and learn to ask nicely, then you are more likely to get some help!

OK that’s your point of view, however, with a new customers it is seen as good practice to see what you can do to encourage and motivate them or am I being overly optimistic?
By the way thank you Sabrina for getting in touch.
May 14, 2009 at 1:42 pm #799735CharlesWFMemberYeah I’m sure Sabrina will do her best to help you, she is one of the best affiliate managers in the business.
Unfortunately most affiliate managers simply dont have the time to be so proactive (they are extremely busy and often over stretched) but if you phone them, or ask nicely I am sure most will try and help if they can find the time.
Anyway – back to 32Red – welcome to CAP forums!
