Playshare Partners Territory Exclusion

SUMMARY: Playshare adds exclusion for marketing to territories including all French locations.
TERMS UPDATE – FRENCH PLAYER EXCLUSIONS
. 9.3. By entering into this Agreement you undertake that you , or any Second Tier Affiliate will not : ( i) actively target Customers located in France , Guadeloupe , Martinique , French Guiana or Runion including but not limited to sending Customers correspondence , the use of banners , off-line advertising and direct marketing ; and ( ii) send PlayShare Partners or any of its Merchant casino or Poker sites any traffic or players originating from France , Guadeloupe , Martinique , French Guiana , Runion, French Polynesia , Mayotte , New Caledonia , Saint Barthelemy , Saint Martin , Saint Pierre and Miquelon , Wallis and Futuna .9.4 . PlayShare Partners reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement should you or your Second-tier Affiliate breach the abovementioned clause 9.3 and excludes to the fullest extent lawfully permitted all liability incurred pursuant to such a breach of the abovementioned clause 9.3 .
