Referback is one of the very few programs show players closed account in the report, may I know how it be? The closed account was request by the players? The account been closed after certain period inactived? Or…?
Also how can I check my payment history? My id is 74019. Thanks.

Yes we do show closed accounts and the reasons for the accounts you see as closed are when players request their accounts closed or when they have been black listed as Fraudsters.
As for payments, currently there is no single page view for all past payments, for now simply run the report on a month on month basis to see the payments you were due each month.
