InactiveHey Guys –
I have gotten some VERY interesting emails in the last few days…
#1 – InChilli Promotional bonus email
InChilli wrote:Dear AndrewAs a Mid Week special we are offering a FANTASTIC!
50% Bonus on your Next Deposit of up to $200!
To collect your bonus simply contact the customer service support
and they will credit your Bonus straight away.Your Username: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Kind Regards
inChilli Management
Conditions:
Promotion ends at Midnight 15th June EST
Offer only applies to players who received this email#2 – It appears that NOT ONLY is Hype not paying our commissions – but they are attempting to build up an existing brand (Giant Palace – since it has no real BAD press) with OUR players.
One of my players has been told by Hype that she will be paid within 48 hours if they can transfer her ‘Platinum Status’ and account $$$ over to Giant Palace (because – as they said – Giant Palace is a ‘well funded’ casino).
The following are direct quotes from ‘Daniel’ the Casino Manager:
Daniel wrote:Giant Palace is a well funded Casino , that has a policy to pay Players within 48 Hours of a withdrawl.Daniel wrote:Player Payments may continue to be slow over the medium term at Hype as there are still issues with the Previous Owners to be resolved however in saying this Player Funds are safeAnyway – I think they are stealing our players (of which I had a lot) and moving them over to Giant Palace in an effort to steal both our hard work and commissions. This allows them to have ‘free’ players AND build back up the Player Preferred name (as unethical as it is).
Any thoughts??? I have a few :bullshit:

InactiveThat is outrageous!!!
Without us, they wouldn’t even have those players to market to!
:madat: :madat: :madat:
Let’s run these f***ers out of business. :shooter:
If you build a Hype / Player Preferred blacklist page, please post the URL so that I can link to it.

InactiveHmmmm…
So Player Preferred is circumventing the freeze of funds by the court by creating a new casino using that software and transferring players over….
Further screwing the affiliates and the Hype operators…
It’s starting to become clear who the bad guy in that dispute is.

InactiveAn update to this crazy scenario…
I sent an email to one of the owners of Player Preferred software and, although I did not get a response from him directly, I got this email about 10 minutes later:
[email protected] wrote:Dear AndrewThe software supplier has asked us to look after one of the Good Players in another Brand whilst they deal with some issues with previous Owners of Hype Gaming.
The player has not yet transferred but we expect her to later today.
We will be creating you an Affiliate Account and sending you the details on Monday and you will be able to track the activity and of course your revenue share will be the same as the conditions with the other casino.
Our policy is that we Credit and Affiliates Account within 72 Hours of the end of the month and Players Funds are sent within 48 Hours of the request.
We will advise if there are any other players that are moved.
I think that whilst this is a little unusual both yourself and the Player will be in a better position with this move.
Giant Palace Casino.
That is 1 of the players that they KNOW is directly tied to me because she copies me on all communications. The others DO NOT copy me when they communicate, but forward emails and ask my opinion… So, they are still stealing – just trying to be more sly about it.

InactiveI have also been in touch and they insist it is only one player at this time.
They promised to track the player over, and apparently, if it’s indeed only one, it’s yours, KW.
I will keep my ear to the ground on this.

MemberThis is an organzied effort at thievery. Dont be mislead by Software Licensee, they are as crooked as the day is long.

InactiveI am keeping tabs on this as best I can. I am told by a third (uninvolved observer) party that the court case will unravel more surprises.
The best we can hope for is that this will progress quickly, and that the outcome will enable better entities to buy the software itself.
If I didn’t like the software so much, I’d just write the whole thing off. I pulled them some time ago.

I would have to agree with Lou on this one it seems as shady as shady gets, I like the software too but that don’t mean the owners of it are upstanding folks because to me they have shown over and over they will screw who ever it takes to get on top.

InactiveI should have mentioned that I wanted the information kept to ourselves for now
I have been in contact quite a bit with David Ohlson and told him that I would keep the information he gave me confidential.
I don’t want to look like a hypocrite, but also want to inform the private members of CAP about this issue.
Anyway – I guess I am not sure he will respond to me anymore after knowing that I blabbed a little

Ditto. Discretion please.

InactiveDid I leak something? I don’t think so… If I did, I apologize. My blacklist pages don’t mention the ‘stealing of players’ issue — I only talked about the lack of communication, lack of payment, the rumor that there is a legal battle, and the threats sent by email from Player Preferred.
If there is anything there that is supposed to be kept private, please let me know right away.

InactiveNot at all
I just want to make sure that I don’t look like an idiot. I have a line of communication open and I want to keep it that way.
sorry for the confusion.
June 15, 2007 at 7:46 pm #739829vladcizsol
MemberKwblue you have a line of communication with thieves. I hope they pay you (I doubt it), but I am EXTREMELY skeptical they will pay the vast majority of the rest of us anything. It appears you caught them in another deception and they decided to stroke you a little bit by talking to you. Had you not caught them in something that might trip up their plans I bet you would still be getting the silent treatment like virtually everyone else.
The next time you chat with them tell them to send Me and CAP the $17K we are due so we can take a more moderate view on them too.

InactiveI think he is playing you too, believe me I really hope I am wrong but David is a con man and I have not seen anything that proves him to be honest about anything, I have not said a word outside of this post, whatever is said in this room has and always stays here.
I know for a fact that David screwed over another program with Giant Palace and broke a contact after he got all the USA player list from this group, the owners decided it was not cost effective to take it to court and dropped it BUT they have let others in the industry discreetly know he is a con!
