Received this to my company email address which has never been used to subscribe to any form of marketing, period. Yet its turned up on a spammers database list. Which, btw as I never subscribed to receive this mailer (errr spam), I’m not going to unsubscribe.
The affiliate responsible for breaching your affiliate TOS is:
xxxhttp://www.play2wincasino.com/get/a/2014357The service used to send this spam points to an company in India, so I’m assuming that’s where this affiliate is based too. We all know India has shocking history for spam. Anyway here is the headers followed by the message.
Please take care of this.

In closing as an affiliate program do you not check what affiliates are sending out? It’s not like you wouldn’t know because anyone clicking through via a mailer would show up as such in log files. Certainly this is not a one times issue with this spammer.
