    miami paradise and arthurian casino are still open for new players?

    can somebody explain me why new players are able to download the software despite of the announcement that the casinos are closed from 1-6 for new players?

    What will happen if these casinos close for good do I lose all my referred players?

    THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

    Dom,

    I believe there were 4. Perhaps more. The ones I remember are Miami Paradise, Slots Royale, 777Dragon and Arthurian Casino.

    But then, I seem to recall that they decided not to phase them out. I could be wrong.

    IF Conrad ever shows up, he will be able to clear this up. I do hope it is soon. This is not the only issue at hand.

    Is this allowed ? In fact this means the player can use this link for all properties and your links will be discarded.

    I think this is another issue.

    I hope Conrad can explain this and the other issues soon.

    Anyone else have anything to add? Just trying to simplify things IF and WHEN Conrad or someone shows up.

    I find this quite disturbing as I have a pretty good run the past few months with these guys with no issues at all. Stats and earnings were way about average. Now, I have “$0” income this month?!

    Amazingly, what disturbs me more then no earnings is the total lack of support. I have never experienced this in all my years with this group.

    I know they are up and working to migrate Golden Star and VP into Star Partner. I am sure they are busy but….from what I can see, there has been no affiliate support here for the entire month of May. A week of lack of support, I can handle as vacation, sickness & such. But…a month?

    Is this the shape of things to come???

    I do not like the lack of support we get and the (mis)communication about the phased out brands. Now some of those seem not to close. I never got an email about this change. Players are not thankful if I make mistakes about this!

    Never seen such a mess, sorry but you guys could do a lot better. A whole month without any support is just not a good way to start a new program. I am busy too but have to waste my time on this post!

    Please explain exactly :
    – what are the phased out brands
    – when will happen if those close for good
    – what happens to the referred players of these casinos
    – what will happen if there will be some traffic to the phased out brands, do they still count for the remaining ones?
    – will there be a an earnings update for May because the last week – or more – is not accounted for
    – what will happen to the payment details at VP and GSN ? are they converted to SP?
    – do we need to change affiliate links
    – what will the T&C’s be ?
    – issues already addressed
    etc.

    I hope the merge to Starpartner will be succesfull though.

    I hear ya on that one!

    My neighbor just came over for a few while her children were at another neighbors. I happened to check my stats and did see a $xxx plus for May. I was ready to come back here and post a big Wooho after she left. But…something told me to check my stats again before posting. Was VERY disappointing. A BIG $0, again!!!

    I KNOW for a fact I clicked on to view May 2008 stats. As a matter fact, I had my neighbor look at it as I was shocked to see earnings. She high fived me! What is the friggin joke?!!

    Hi Guys,

    My apologies for the delayed response, I have been experiencing a few issues
    viewing the board over the past week, every time I logged in I was unable
    to view the board properly with regards to “new” posts and even a few older
    posts I was also unable to view.

    To answer your questions about the phased out brands, the brands which
    are being phased out are Miami Paradise; Slots Royale; Arthurian Casino
    and Cinema Casino.

    All players that are currently playing on these brands will still have access
    to the software and affiliates will still earn commission on said players
    as per normal. If/When the software closes for good, the affected players
    will be prompted to run an update on their existing software client and
    will automatically be given access to an alternative casino, whereby not
    affecting any tracking to affiliates and any commission earned.

    Once the migration is complete all traffic and earnings data will be available.
    We are unable to make the data available during the migration, any additional
    access into the database will interrupt the migration process.

    If there are those affiliates that have both a GSN and VPL account they
    have the option to merge their accounts if they should choose or the option
    of leaving the accounts separate. For those who choose a merger of either
    GSN > VPL or VPL > GSN, the account information of the destination account
    will become prevalent and will be used.

    Having said that, if you decide to keep both accounts then we will combine
    both payments, that is if the payment details are the same for both accounts.
    If not, then affiliates will receive 2 payments.

    Affiliates for the time being to not need to be concerned about changing
    their links, the servers hosting the content will still be in operation for a
    number of months, but we do recommend that affiliates begin changing
    their as soon as possible in order to avoid any issues.

    The terms and conditions for StarPartner we will be that of Vegas Partner,
    we have not changed the terms and conditions and decided to adopt that
    which GuardDog and ourselves agreed on a few months ago.

    I hope that I have answered all of your questions, please shout if anything
    is unclear.
